You have 30 days of access to the course from the date of purchase:

• Go in and out of the course as often as you like
• The program will remember where you left off and take you back to that point when you log back in
• No extensions are allowed. Please complete your course before the 30 days have passed.

Course Access & Extensions

Course access rights are for 30 days. If an extension is requested, a fee equal to the original course price or a minimum of $24.98 will apply. Corporate and educational group students must contact their supervisor for extensions.

If you fail your exam, you can retake it as often as needed without paying additional fees.

Please review the course before re-taking the exam.

Please include the reason for your refund request. Refund requests will not be accepted after the student has started the course or if the course access rights have expired. All group purchase sales are considered final.
