The New Brunswick Food Premises Regulations details requirements that a food establishment must follow to ensure prevention of health hazards and the protection of public health. The regulation  lists requirements regarding temperature control, maintenance, employee health & hygiene, cleaning & sanitizing, standards for equipment as well as record keeping tasks.

Like most Provinces the New Brunswick Food Premises Regulations lists food handler training requirements as part of the regulation.

New Brunswick Food Handler Training Requirements

The licensee who operates a Class 4 food premises shall ensure that there is at least one person present at all times in the area of a food premises where food is being prepared who holds a certificate confirming his or her successful completion of an approved food handling program.

The SafeCheck Advanced Canadian Food Safety Certificate is approved by New Brunswick Department of Health and all other Provinces and Territories across Canada.
